Timeless Balloons by Tay was created from a genuine love for bringing happiness to others through beautiful celebrations. I’ve always been someone who pays attention to the little details and finds joy in making moments feel special, whether big or small. What started as a creative passion soon became something much bigger — a way for me to turn that passion into meaningful experiences for others.
I started this business because I wanted to create more than just balloon decor. I wanted to create moments that people would always remember — the surprise on someone’s face when they walk into a decorated room, the joy of celebrating a milestone, or the feeling of being loved and celebrated in a unique way. Those moments inspire me every day.
For me, this business is personal. From intimate hotel room surprises to statement balloon installations for birthdays, showers, and special events, every design is created with attention to detail, creativity, and care. I take pride in designing each event to reflect my client’s vision while adding a timeless, elegant touch that makes the experience unforgettable.

I recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Popular weekends and holidays may book sooner.
Yes. A 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received.
Yes — delivery and setup are included in most services. Delivery fee applies to only the balloon grab & goes. Pricing starts at $50, depending on location and setup requirements.
Absolutely. Every setup can be customized to match your event theme, color palette, and overall vision. Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule and what you are requesting. Additional fees may apply for last-minute bookings.
Yes, travel may be available for select events. Travel fees vary based on location.
